Hi I’m Joe and I am an honorable 10 year active duty Air Force veteran now looking for ways to continue serving my country. I met Melinda in 22 while I was running a cannabis shop in Savannah GA while the owner had an unscheduled visit to federal prison. She was halfway pregnant with her baby girl Brooklyn and they had survived two of Melinda’s three brain surgeries, one being very aggressive that was prognosed moments before the tumor could have killed both of them. Melinda told me the doctors had now given her a death date a few months away and that if she wanted to live she had to abort her baby and take chemo and radiation to make sure her massive glioblastoma brain tumor did not return. She looked at me and said very calmly “Joe I’m not killing my baby” and she asked me if I would serve her even though she was pregnant. The rest is what happens when you fall asleep at your computer for two weeks trying to save an incredible woman and her baby. Her team of doctors say they don’t know how she survived but we do and we want to share it. I’m trying really hard to give them the life that’s supposed to happen when you win. What was the moment that made me decide to start this company? I found a European company with advanced therapies for glioblastoma and it’s really expensive so the next day I started this company so we can afford to get her to more advanced treatment to help her keep the cancer away. We named this company after our children from different partners and I’m trying to give her a life worth the hell that this fight put her and her baby Brooklyn through.
